Finally back out there

Well after 2 months of waiting for my back and other bits to sort themselves out started back out on week 3! New running shoes as well! All good looking forward to catching up with my running buddies that have graduated and disappeared into the distance!!!! 👍🏃🏿🏃🏿‍♀️

Well done fabulous enjoy the journey! I got to week 6 run 3 2 months ago and got a back problem! All sorted now and ready to go again! Pick up with buddies and get encouragement from them! 😀
