No running for me this week as far too hilly. Back to week 8 on Saturday when I’m home and week 9 with the group on Monday. However did yomp down Snowdon yesterday. 7.7km in 1hour 39. (Apparently it’s supposed to take 2 to 2 1/2 hours, but i never did learn to walk slowly. Apart from a blister I felt great, not out of breath or tired although my legs did start to complain once I got back in the car. This running lark is definitely doing something for my fitness.
