W6 R2 done but apprehensive again about the long run on Day 3. And after this it’s all long runs. Can I do it? Not sure.

You absolutely can do it. The programme has brought you up to here to succeed, not trip you up. Take it slowly and come back grinning - it was the run where I knew I would reach the end.

Got the R2 tonight myself. We can do it and we will!

We’ve got all the training we need under our belts. The only thing to remember is GO SLOW!

Good luck! 😀😀😀😀

Completely agree! I did W6R2 yesterday and although I’m looking forward to R3, not sure how it will go!! Everyone says it’s do-able so we must believe them & enjoy...slow start & good music for me. Good luck..let us know how it goes! 👍🏻

I'm another one who's completed W6R2 and a bit anxious about run 3. I know it must be possible, especially as I managed the 20 minute run in week 5 last week, but I am a bit nervous as I've now completed all the interval runs. It's just... running from this point!! Eek!
