Run 3 tonight first continuous run 20 mins struggled with r 2 feeling a tad nervous

You will be fine, just go nice and slow 👊🏼

It is shorter by a minute than your last five workouts.

It is about belief...........and pacing.

Go nice and slow and you can do this.

Well done 'Sparkylee' for getting this far with C25K, yes I admit I felt nervous before that week 5 day 3 run of 20 minutes, I only slept for 3 hours the night before BUT once I was running I felt fine and very happy after I completed the run, back to normal sleeping even before the longer 25 minute runs, so you will be OK, best of luck.
