I only went and did it the 20 minute run. I paced myself and slowed down a bit in the middle but I did it the whole 20 minutes, I had to tell myself after abut 15 minutes you have got the other 5 minutes in you trust the Programme and in he end I had a felt I had a bit more in reserve, not much I might add and I did slow down to my walk but I did feel as I could have gone on for a few more minutes. And as I reached the kissing gates of the local football field I could hear you all cheering me on so thank you. The support all be it virtual is fantastic. I cant believe it me running for 20 minutes and actually enjoying it.

Yes Poppydog we all were cheering you as you reached those gates, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Be mindfull of week 6 runs 1 and 2 as they sometimes catch people out with going back to intervals !

Of course you did it Poppdog! I found when doing my C25K that breaking things into 5 minute blocks really helped me - after all it’s only 5 minutes and I know I can do that!
