Still a way behind you, w5, but why not just do a couple of previous runs as well as w9 to get the distance gradually increaed x

Lots of people do bridge to 10K.....maybe worth looking at. I am on W9 and I think I am going to re-do some runs when I graduate and try and work on my distance as not on 5k yet

The guide to post C25K running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Keep running, keep smiling.

Well done flower!! Does distance matter if you’re enjoying it and getting the buzz? I’m no expert but the time that you’re getting in must count for something.

Enjoy 😉 and keep running 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️😀👍

It’s down to what you want to achieve.

I want to reach 5k next, so I’m going to slowly increase my running time until I hit that random magic distance and then work on trying to go a bit faster to bring that within 30 minutes.

You can use the podcast if you want to and get all the flowers you want!!

I graduated a couple months ago and my 5k is about 48 mins , it took me a while after to reach the 5k mark , slow and steady and you will get there

Well done
