Two weeks later and I’ve done nothing while recovering from a virus. Very tired and still coughing. Done some slow outdoor walks in the last couple of days to get some strength back in the legs but no gym work or running. Off tomorrow for 12 days Grandma duty round the country- hope for better news by the time I get back!
