After giving up after 15 mins in the heat yesterday morning, I’m delighted to say that I managed to complete the run today in the rain! Soooo much easier when it’s cooler. Back to feeling that sense of accomplishment after a run, thank goodness. Thanks to everyone who offered encouragement on here after I flaked out yesterday. It really helped me get back out there today and give it another go. 😀
