Cannot download app

Hello all,

When I try to download the couch to 5k app to my Samsung j5 phone it says phone not compatible. Any ideas? Many thanks

Hi Kim, welcome to the forum! I've not much experience with Android, but a quick google search reveals it probably ought to work, with the version of Android on you phone and the one the app requires. Are you sure it's the NHS Couch to 5K one you're downloading?

If you can't get the app to install you can always try the podcast (non-app) version, which should work on your phone no problem:

You may need to go into Google Play Store on your phone & first install the podcast player called Android Pod or Box cast...

Hi Kim, nice all those suggestions, however, like you my Smartphone is not compatible with C25K app, however, I did find an app which is quite good, it is at "RUN-LOG.COM" on Android, it is linked to several satellites, after my run it tells my distance, duration, pace and speed, so try that one for your next run.
