Lovely scenery on my run today at Rutland Water. Finished just as 30 or more Squaddies from the local camp arrived all making running with a huge backpack look very easy. Glad they didn’t witness my efforts.
My other half has caught the bug after hearing me raving about how good it feels. He did Wk 1 Run 2 yesterday and is already planning how quickly he can move onto week 2.
