A Test Run (with Hubby!)

Well the hip bursitis is still there. I went for a run yesterday, drilled it right back to W5 Run 2 and I felt fine throughout and when I got home but by the afternoon it was all sore again. It’s still sore this morning *sigh*. It’s not as bad as it was, so I’ll continue taking it easy and maybe give a test run at the end of each week. Very difficult to stop using your hips though so I don’t know how I can speedily recover from this.

On the positive side, all this exercise is rubbing off on my husband. He went out on my run with me and he’s talking about taking our youngest out to Parkrun if I can’t do it for a while. He’s always hated running so this is quite something for him. But I would really rather be taking our youngest together. I think I might volunteer so at least I feel a bit involved. This is all very frustrating 😟
