When I started this I didn't think about how far I would get just started in the hope I would at least be getting some exercise. Now, although it's hard , I look forward to the next run. I never expected to say that! The encouragement from Laura and all the support on here drives me on and all the useful advice is brilliant. Thanks everyone and keeep running!
