Happy Sunday got my park run results did it in 47.03 mins using wk 4 run 2. It's the first time ever I've not come last in a race I was 103 of 195 and I want to run today 😕 I have always hating running and now I'm sad on rest days cause I know I shouldn't run. I going to go for a long walk but I'm so proud of myself for not being last.

Well done! It's such a good feeling when you realise you actually *want* to run ☺️ and enjoy it. You've got every reason to feel proud, enjoy your lovely long walk

Well done! I love Parkrun - it's such a positive experience. The last time I ran before taking this up 8 weeks ago was at school and was always last too! Came 201st out of 338 yesterday doing my week 9 run which is as good as winning it for me
