I did it but only ran 3.78km in total with the warm up and down walks. Does it matter? Anyone else been sleeping better since starting this. Sleeping less but better 😁

Go as slow as you need to.
It probably means that you will not run 5k in 30 minutes at graduation, but nor do ninety percent of graduates.
I hoped that running would improve my sleep patterns, as reported by many, but after five years I can say that it has not made any difference.

Hi Lulu
Don't worry at all about distance - it's all about building the stamina to run 30 mins continuously.
As for sleep I think I'm sleeping less - waking much earlier even at weekends! - but I don't feel knackered from it. Less but better would be a good description
Morning and no it doesn't matter. Speed and distance covered varies alot between each individual. I keep track personally but that's mainly because I'm curious to see if I'm actually covering more ground as the weeks go by, my cadence, speed etc. Basically just like a little diary using my samsung health app. I may not be as fast as others but it's nice to be able to look back at my statistics as I gain more and more fitness.
And a big yes to the sleeping better at night.
I even find that I seem to get restless if I don't go for my run.
Wish you luck with your future runs.
I don't sleep. I'm comatosed
