Week 5 Run 3 completed. Boy, I feel good!! Last week I was petrified at the thought of running for five minutes. I’ve just run for 20! This programme is brilliant. I’m 60 and have never been able to run. And here I am- a runner! Thanks for the support guys. Onwards and upwards!!
