I feel looking at week 4 is a HUGE jump from week 3... I am knackered at the end of the week 3 runs...

Should I do a couple more week 3 runs extra or just jump into week 4?

If you’ve completed week 3 you can move forward. You’re ready for the next step. That being said it is a big jump and the one I actually found most difficult (the only run I had to redo was w4r1) so take it slow and steady.

Just keep going. Your body is ready for those runs and your brain will just follow your feet if you make it. Good luck!

Believe in yourself and the program, I’ve felt the same as you several times and then surprise myself with being able to do it. X

Move forward, go slower if necessary. It will all come together. Make sure you find a way to distract yourself, it makes it a lot easier.

I just completed W4 R1 after nearly two weeks off because I was unwell - I was apprehensive at the end of W3 too looking ahead to W4 before a couple of weeks out of it but so glad I pushed and did it! It’s defo the hardest one so far, but you’ve totally got this 💪🏻 ! X
