I thought that running would tone up my legs am in week 4 now and no visible difference anyone else noticing a difference?

Week 4 is very early days. Stick with it and see what the difference is by month 4

By W4? No not really. Now (end of W8)? Hell yes! I have calf and thigh muscles like I wouldn’t believe.
