Stronger legs!

I just did our usual Sunday walk (the long way round to the pub), haven’t done this since I started 3 and a bit weeks ago...the difference in my legs was really noticeable. They felt so much stronger and more powerful...my other half said

‘This running thing is making you walk faster!’ He usually moans that I can’t keep up! It’s great when someone else notices an improvement!!!

I’ve never felt so motivated! Can’t wait for tomorrow’s run! I’m going back to ballet this week after a very long break and really looking forward to that too! ( I have ulcerative colitis and I’ve been unwell for a few months) new medication and I’m back in the game at last!!!

Aww, how wonderful that you’re feeling well enough to get back to your ballet as well as running! You won’t know yourself, you’ll be so toned! Bet you’re thrilled to bits!

Good luck with tomorrow’s run! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😀😀

Fantastic! It's amazing how quickly you feel the difference. Going up flights of stairs is a great way of measuring your progress by how breathless you are (or aren't!).

Yes I noticed that too yesterday. I have mild seasonal asthma so all this is helping that too. So many benefits.

When really, you were just thirsty :)

It makes a massive difference.. it is when you find yourself saying..oh it's only a couple of miles, I'll just run it!!!

Go you!

Haha, I was walking along a path I normally run along and the urge to run was ridiculous! Good job I had heeled boots on or I’d have been off!
