Well that’s what I heard Micheal say to me as I completed W6R3 but apparently I miss heard, he doesn’t love the Jelly Belly but he’s does think that officially I’m a runner, not sure about that but I am definitely able to high speed shuffle longer than before and I’m so impressed that this evening that was a whole 25mins.

I did excuse my heavy breathing as I went past people, I’m sure some people where too scared to look round, i must have sounded like darth vada approaching slowly from behind, I had my daughter motivating me this evening as she rode slowly ( I’m sure at times she was going backwards at times) beside me.

It’s a great feeling to have week 6 done and dusted x x

Fantastic! Well done you 😊 Haha I can totally relate to the Darth Vader approaching strangers from behind part 😂 I always run with music so am oblivious to the sound of my own breathing - but i do notice people doing a sneaky sideways look as I'm coming up behind! 😂
