Well, I did W5R1 last week. Then came down with some sort of spring cold. So took 5 days off and did W5R1 again today and it felt ok. I actually felt ok, I can run for 5 minutes without needing an oxygen mask afterwards. Woooo!!! And not an ironic woooooooh. A triumphant woooooh! I have sneaked a peak at W5R3 and......I can run for 5 mins....π
