Well I'm still here plodding along nicely. The jazzy leggings are in the draw till the weather cools down and lycra shorts are on . Last week I started week 5 and we also flew out to menorca. We had one run whilst in menorca and to be honest I could have completed week 5 in menorca but my partner had a bad chest so we had to rest up and he wouldn't let me go out and run on my own. (I understand totally)
So this morning I started week 5 again and i feel fine and not disappointed in myself at all. Still loving this program . I sit at night planning my next run . It's amazing how much confidence a girl can build from a run down the promenade π€£
