having a (temporary) break due to knee pain....

I have just started C25K and loved the wee bit I've done so far. Unfortunately I've developed really bad anterior knee pain. I've read all about it and hope with exercises etc I will be able to fix it but I'm off on a walking trip with friends in 2 days for 4 days, home for a short bit then off to Canada on my holidays on the 1st june. So I am writing this as a pledge to resume my running on return from Canada when hopefully having done my exercises I'll be ready to go again. Seemed silly to keep aggravating it when I'm off walking. I WILL DO THIS! In the meantime I'll enjoy your inspirational posts.
