After skipping Thursday last week, due to a completely blocked nose and sneezing lots, I picked up where I left off on Saturday with W3R1.

Today I finished W3R2.

Those three minutes are not easy. I find myself looking at the clock at 1:30 every time.

Should I repeat runs of week 3 until I am more at ease running those three minutes? Or keep going?

None of it’s easy lol! In my humble opinion I’d say carry on until you get to something you literally can’t do. Onwards and upwards! Let the program take control! 😀
