Well that went better than I expected. Returned to the programme (starting again at week 5) after 10 days off due to being unwell. Didn't get off to the best start - disappointed that my daughter was unable to join me, so I had to run alone; issues with my new running belt meant that I had to keep adjusting it, and using different headphones that refused to pick up a signal from my favourite station, meaning I ending up listening to a random station. However when I finally got myself sorted, I actually found it quite easy and enjoyable. Onwards and upwards!
