Back to running after knee surgery with a beginners mind. W1R1 done. It took me two weeks to get to it after downloading the app but I have done it now and I’m so pleased.

You can do it! I started the program after two years of health issues and 30 pounds of weight (re)gain. This community is so supportive and they show us that the program works. If we believe in the program, I believe it will help us change our lives. Rock on.
