After completing the C25k, I have gone on to achieve 9.6 miles in the build up for a half marathon. My family have been so proud and now they have also decided to give running a go!! My mum, niece and nephew are all giving C25k ago with the aim of all 4 of us completing the local parkrun together!! So proud of them xx
