Just completed Week 5 Run 2 and feeling very pleased but nervous about the leap to a full 20 mins of running no walking 😱. Really hooked on the post run high though 🤪.

I remember being scared of this run, but to be honest, I found it better to run with no walking breaks! Now just started WK8, and done my first 28 mins this morning, and believe me, if I can do this anyone can! Best wishes just remember slow and steady 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
