Morning everyone, feeling very pleased with myself for 'jogging' for 20 minutes this morning. The run stamina wise was OK but was made harder by my calf muscles feeling tight most of the way round. I am wearing running shoes that were fitted after gait analysis and I walked for more than five minutes to warm up. I also make sure I spend some time stretching when I get home Any tips on dealing with this as I'm a bit nervous that week 6 will only be harder if this carries on?
