I did it but slower than my W6R3. I have had a 3 days non running which included a lot of driving and sitting. It took a long time to get into regular breathing pattern, I felt very sluggish. However 6.00 am is nice and chilly which is ideal for getting out and moving.

I used to lie in bed and hear people running past the house at 6.00 now 3 times a week I am one of them. It is lovely to feel the world waking up and getting busy! Thanks to C25K I am on W8R2 next found some runs easier than others too -stick at it old person- I am one too -
