Lessons learned from tonight's run . . . .

The first 8 minute run tonight went very well, possibly too well. I don't think I got my pace correct, making the second 8 minutes a lot tougher than I expected or wanted. I really felt it pulling my hamstrings and I was very happy to get the run over with.

With a 20 minute non stop run on Saturday to look forward to, I'm really going to make the most of the days rest.

I completed W5R2 tonight too. The lovely cool of the evening and a steady run through the woods made it enjoyable, not easy but definately pleasurable. W5R3 on Saturday awaits but we can do it!!
