Shoe laces

Hi all, I’m just about to start my last week, I discovered a how to tie your laces video on YouTube, wish I’d found it earlier, daft yet incredible, no more sore toes!

I looked at these videos when I had trouble with left foot in new running shoes - tried all methods and ended up taking shoes back. I never knew there were so many ways to tie shoes 😲.

I watched that other day, wish I had seen it earlier, I now have changed the way my trainers were laced and have no upper foot pain after a run ... 👍🏻 brilliant

I suspect saying that my Dad taught me how to tie my shoelaces is both irrelevant and will make you throw things at me

I just put how do runners tie their laces in the search engine and found quite a few, the locking laces bit was ridiculously simple yet worked, no more sore toes,

Yes, when I bought my new shoes, I was shown how to do locking laces to stop movement at the back of the shoe. It made quite a difference.
