Just got back from my run, I reluctantly headed out and when I started I knew I was running a little faster then my snail pace, first five minutes done feeling a bit tired but powered on hit the halfway mark and I knew I was still managing to keep up a little faster as I was further along my normal route legs starting to get a little more tired but a voice kept saying “keep going you can make it” and then I hit what is usually my end point and needed to run further to finish did it and finished and I feel good 😀
