Hi guys. What’s a great cereal that’s packed full of fiber? (Preferably not bran flakes. And please nothing that has milk in the ingredients as I can’t eat dairy). Thanks xx

anything wholegrain. Oats would be the healthiest choice.

Be sure to get an adequate amount of protein with your breakfast too though, especially if dairyfree.

Thanks :) My protein levels are perfecto (recently had blood tests). Get most of my protein from beans, lentils and high protein plant milks :D

I wasn’t referring to blood protein levels. We need to eat protein with each meal, not just carbs.

Have you tried making porridge with Alpro Soya Chocolate milk? Someone at work got me onto it & OMG I think I'm addicted. It's sooooo good! Or overnight oats with soya yoghurt & fruit?

Bite sized shredded wheat. Full of whole grain fibre. Blit bland on their own but a great base for fruit and nuts etc when you don't have time to make porridge. 😊
