So, what's week 4 all about?

I've got one more W3 run to do. Surprisingly, for an astoundingly overweight person, I have found W3 challenging but do-able. I go RIDICULOUSLY slow. So, so bloody slow. 🐌

I won't repeat week 3, like I repeated week 2. But I'm now terrified of what W4 has in store.

Any tips?

Slow down, slow down, slow down and then slow down some more. If you're aware of your breathing then you're working too hard. W4 seems to be a bit of a toughie for a lot of us atm. But we are going to blow it out of the water 😁

3 mins, 5 mins, 3 mins, 5mins. So 16 minutes of running. That's the most so far. Slow it down and don't look at your watch. That can be torture.

I found the first run fine. Second one fell apart for me so im doing it agsin tomorrow and R3 on Friday.

Fingers crossed W5 on Sunday.

Ok. I will be doing the first run on Friday I think (my birthday). What a way to celebrate!

I did week 4 run 1 yesterday. By going slow you will be ok. πŸ˜€

My advice to pass the time would be to listen to something you really like. 🎧 🎡

Truest the plan... believe in yourself and keep it steady and slow!

Slow is fine.. slow is good... :) Just relax.... you have to trust the programme....:)
