Yay!! I was soooo nervous about 2 x 8min runs but with a little Roxette on the go a slight cooling breeze and my lovely Michael Johnson (think Iโm falling in love with him just a little bit) paired with a slooooooow (almost going backwards) pace
I DID IT!!
No panting, swearing and for once didnโt look as much of a cardiac arrest waiting to happen ๐ itโs actually starting to get easier๐๐ผ thank goodness and roll on run 3... 20mims straight๐ฑ๐๐

Well done you! I did this one at 6am this morning! Like you, felt ok at the end, which is unusual for me, kept it slow and steady and ran to a fab 80's mix. I actually found that by the second set of 8 minutes I was getting into a good rhythm and felt like a proper runner for the first time ๐ Bring on run 3 now... 20 minutes eek!! ๐๐๐
