I started this couch to 5k this morning went to the local park felt really nervous has I am doing this on my own was ok got through it head phones music felt strange to me has I normal go to the gym but really want to do this het fitter and lose my last stone in weight just not very body conferdence but I will concor this 5k feeling positive

Well done you. I run on my own too and to be honest I prefer it. You’ve got the positive attitude that you will conquer this & you will. For any issues, advice or just to gloat we’re all here for you ready to listen. Good luck & keep going slow & steady.😊
