Hi everyone

Ive not ran for over 2 months after undergoing a operation. Im wanting to get back running can anyone reccomened a suitable distance to start back at?

Without knowing what distance you were running prior to your operation, it is impossible to answer.

The usual advice is to just head out on a gentle run, with no distance in mind, and see how you do, being prepared to stop when necessary.
