Done! My pace has improved a bit, and despite knee pain yesterday I actually felt I was moving better today.

Roll on Wednesday.

Thanks everyone for helping me believe I can do it.πŸ‘

Keep it slow and steady... Well done... but do listen to any real knee pains... if they are twinges, that is fine. But in the longer runs you need to be at full strength..maybe up your rest day exercise and try these too..
