W5R3.... Go as planned or wait?

So my W5R3 is due tomorrow, I did the 2 x 8 minute runs ok, but I'm away from home. There I know where the hills are and my favourite points that mean I'm close.... So do I try for it as planned in a new place or take an extra rest day and risk losing the momentum I've built?.... Thought appreciated...

I would go for it... worst case scenario it doesn’t go to plan just repeat 😊

You won't lose momentum with one extra rest day. I'd plan out a route where you are and do it tomorrow though.

If you can run, always run.

Go for it! it doesn't matter if you have to repeat. New scenery will be exciting. X

Do it. I was in the same position last week. Running somewhere new was fine (although I did have to drive to where I’d find a flat route). Good luck.

Thanks everyone, advice was solid.... Just back from the run, got a little cocky when Sarah announced two minutes left but managed it with a little energy to spare. I hope everyone is having similar success in their endeavours....
