I have reached and completed up to w5 r1 but have been out of action for two weeks with a bad chest infection. Question is do I step back a week to build myself back up or just keep going at w5 r2?

Poor you! Just when you'd got into a rhythm too. I'd be inclined to start W5 again, just to see how it feels. You shouldn't have lost all your benefit in a couple of weeks. But if W5R1 feels really rotten, think about going back to W4 cos then you'll ace it and boost your confidence back up.

But you may just want to give W5R2 a brisk kicking and take it from there! Hope you're feeling better.

You don't lose much, if any condition in two weeks.

Try W5R2, what have you got to lose?

Just try it and see. But make sure you're properly recovered! Good luck 😀
