I'm realising this whole thing is mentally challenging as well as physical I have to will myself not to give up halfway through each 25 minute run.....! But I'm slowly getting stronger (I think!)

You are getting stronger. I battle my lazy brain on all my runs, but once I’ve done it I won’t be talked out of doing it again,because I know I CAN do it.
First 5 mins and last 60 seconds are always the longest for me. I just push the lazy gremlins out and crush them as I run over them! 😬💪🏼
