W4R1 - negativity strikes!

Well that was a struggle! I had been in a weird funk all afternoon and carried it with me into my run. I had hoped the run would help me shake it off, but instead I was just constantly battling myself and being a general nuisance! Still, I completed it, and at the end I was pleased I persisted. I guess it’s just as important to have these kinds of runs so you can learn from them, they aren’t easy and they aren’t prettt, but they prove you can beat the voice telling you that you can’t. Hope everyone else is having happy trails! ☀️

Good that you see the reason very clearly.👍

I fully agree.I am lucky , retired, so none of the normal daily pressures, so I only go running when I am chilled and with no tensions.

At least I always try to.

Atb., and one positive you know and therefore are in control.🤔🌟👏👏

Enjoy your runs.

Well done for battling through it.

Yes it is a busy time, but take the time you need.It is not a race.

The FAQ Posts and all the info from NHS One You/HealthUnlocked and the forum support is all very reassuring.

Keep enjoying and keep smiling.

Atb.🌟👏🤔
