......and wondering when I am going to feel able to go a bit faster. At the moment my brisk walk is probably quicker than my run. Do I push myself to go faster now and risk disappointing myself by not actually completing the run or will the pace just come with time? X

Give it time. My cool down walk was faster than most of my week 7 run 3 yesterday. 🤣🤣it’s about stamina the speed will come later
I'm w2 but my brisk walk is definately faster than my run. I push myself a bit towards the end but I feel like I would collapse if I pushed myself from the very start. Like limberlou said, I'm trusting speed will come in time!
