Decided to repeat week 4 this week after struggling and only managing to complete in full on run 3. Started week 4 again on Monday and again didn't quite manage to finish. So annoyed with myself that I sit he's week4 and ran week5 run1 today. So chuffed that I finished it even doing the first half of run 1 uphill. Bring on the next 2 runs☺☺

If a run goes pear shaped ( we all have those) you don’t need to repeat the whole week, just the run that turned into a “practice “.

Good luck for the rest of W5. Go really slowly and gently and you will be fine. 😃

Good on you for keeping it up, I’ve had to take extra rest days because of work stuff and just tried to keep my hand in too 🏃‍♀️
