Well, just completed run 1 of week 1. Have to say that was quite enjoyable. I was a bit anxious that my knee wouldn't hold out but I was fine. I thought that the 60 second run sections flew by. Looking forward to run 2.

Very well done.

Atb., great decision to get started.

The programme and forum will

look after you.

Slow and steady within your happy pace.🌟👏👏

Nicely done! Yes - I agree with what Tbae said, this forum is great, and has been a real inspiration and support to me, with just a hint of tough love when needed :)

It sounds like you sailed through W1R1 which is great. I remember thinking "Oh my goodness what have I let myself in for?" shortly after starting the first 60 second run!! And by the last one, I was really starting to question this latest life choice :) And I'm now doing regular 5ks which I never ever thought I could do. This programme is truly amazing!

Stick with the plan, it really works, and all the best to you.
