Cramp - help!!

So despite a few scoops too many yesterday, I was determined not to miss my scheduled run this morning W4R2. All went well for the first two runs but in the middle of the third run my calf seized up, I am guessing with cramp. I walked the rest of the time. Should I have run through it? It’s now still tight two hours later. I know alcohol dehydrates, but having made the error how do I best get over it?

have a swig of the liquid from a jar of pickled gherkins. Works almost instantly

Thanks. No gherkins but I’ve tried pickled onions. We’ll see.
