W5R3 - Did it, but only just 😢 In the words of Sia my warm down song was "I'm Alive".....

Don't get me wrong am pleased I managed to finish the 20 minutes but almost gave up at 18. Was thinking 15 mins would have been fine but kept lifting my feet albeit starting to slow a bit......but according to my phone my speed kept steady so obviously didn't slow down much.

Question is do I repeat the 20 min run like Michael suggested or move on to week 6??

You did it! You didn’t give up! And you “are alive” so well done 😊

Move on to week 6 there is no need to repeat a run if you have completed it unless you really want to of course.

Good luck with week 6 - look forward to see your progress :-)

Congratulations Lou!

That is now half way there!

You have shown you have the mental strength; something I am worried that i might lack.

I don't know about repeating runs, not heard that recommended before.

Enjoy the rest days.

Honestly my mental endurance was pushed on this one, kept thinking I couldn't do it then heard myself say you will be so disappointed in yourself if you don't...... good luck for your run 😁

Well done Looby, really great achievement, and - personally - I’d crack on with week 6 now. Hope to be posting something similar tomorrow :)

Well done you! I’m dreading my gremlins kicking off on Friday - had to bat them down today!
