Started a month ago, only done 2 runs, mood dropped and I gave up. Pushed myself to get back into it as I know fresh air and exercise help. Completed week 2 now, feel so much better and actually look forward to my runs now 😁

Hey well done getting back into it! Great stuff, congrats on completing week 2! Fresh air and exercise: two of the greatest cure-alls there are. I never thought I'd be looking forward to my runs either, but can't wait to get out there. Enjoy :)
