Just started W2 and found it hard going. Never really done much running but thought I would give this a go. Please say it gets easier 😀

Hi Jaylo-B, Well done on your first Week 2 run..take the run sections nice and steady, just a gentle jog. It isn't easy, but it is doable. Trust the program, you are getting stronger and increasing your stamina with every run. Being able to complete each session is all that's needed. Enjoy your successes..😊x

Slow and steady and take the advice from Bluebirdrunner ...you get stronger with each and every single run... pop in stamina and strength exercises on rest days too..

Trust the plan and just enjoy it.

Many felt like you and they are still here and doing awesome things:)

Well - I put myself on a 3 times a week ‘walking plan’ before I even attempted C25k back in Nov 2014. Even so I found the one minute runs a struggle (though going so slowly I could actually have walked faster). And......last Sunday I ran my 1st Half Marathon. Trust the plan. It works.

As everyone says trust the plan. I would say it doesn’t get easier but you can do more and more till you can do the seemingly impossible and run for thirty minutes!

I

Head up, you can do this. Sorry it doesn't really get easier.... but you get stringer, so you're able to keep up. Keep it slow and positive thoughts. It's amazing how we progress so quickly. Good luck.
