Wk 6 run 2

So my gorgeous daughter went back to uni Sunday! She has been running with me the last few weeks.

So tomorrow morning is my first run on my own. I’ll be out by 5:15am!

That's impressive! As far as I'm concerned there's only one 5:15 in the day and it definitely isn't in the morning

I’m exactly the same. My tall, slim, pony tailed , bobbing daughter helped me start when she was home for Easter. She encouraged me and put up with me huffing and puffing . I dreaded her going back( always do!) as thought I wouldn’t be able to carry on , on myown . Then I decided I would and could and hopefully make her proud . I am at exactly the same place in the programme as you. Amazing feeling. Yes take her with you on your runs- I do!! Good luck x
